I had a cozy stay at the hotel, with very comfortable rooms, but a bit chilly at 22.5 degrees. The service was top-notch, making my stay worthwhile, but there were some ignorant staff members. The location was convenient for business or sightseeing trips, but a few staff members stood out for their exceptional service. The dining experience was lavish with daily changes, and the facilities were above standard.

The hotel was very clean and organized, but rooms were not allotted in the late evening even though we arrived before time. They can get a little suffocating when the temperature rises, but overall it was a good experience around the place.
